Roll & Ritual Body Roll machines combine the healing effects of slimming and lymphatic drainage massages. Lymphatic drainage massages help relieve muscle tension and lose inches from the body, eliminating unnecessary toxins and reducing cellulite.

In a 45-minute session, you will experience a full-body deep tissue massage by going through a sequence of 15 different positions beginning at your feet and working all the way up to your arms. leaving you glowing from the inside out!

Loads of DM’s asking what to wear for your Body Roll session, wear fitted gym wear or activewear that allows for ease of movement and is free of zippers, buttons, or any hardware that could interfere with the rollers. Socks are also required. Men typically wear long workout pants and a T-shirt, while women should opt for long leggings and a tight-fitting T-shirt. Jewellery should be removed before the session to avoid any accidents or interference with the rollers. And if you have long hair, it should be tied back to keep it out of the way.

What Do I Wear?
To enable infrared to penetrate tissues as deep as possible, we recommend wearing as little as possible.
A cotton towel, gym shorts or swimwear is perfect.

When Will I Start To Sweat?
Sweat levels are different for everyone, sweating will increase with regular use.

During Your Session
We do not recommend taking your phone, Smartwatches or other electronics into sauna.
Red Light/near Infrared loses effectiveness the further away you sit, to get the full effect sit as close to the LED panel as possible.

After Your Session
Drink at least 0.7 litres of water or electrolyte to rehydrate.
Dry off with a towel and allow the body to cool down naturally.
